It's time to talk to those who get paid to represent us!

After applying for a job yesterday and having to answer a series of questions regarding my where abouts during Hurricane Katrina, brings up the thought that we seriously need to contact our representatives, and I use the term loosly, as they don't care to represent us the least bit, and notify them that you really do not care to give big corporations discounts to keep New Orleans out of workI personally was relocated during Rita for 3 weeks, and was demanded to come back immediately by my employer.  Getting my house ready to live in was not my employer's primary concern.  Getting the store open and taking donations for Katrina Evacuees was!  Of course when I expressed my concern for why we donate for Katrina and not for the Sunami Victems, Earth Quake Victems, Rita Victems, and several other perfectly needy people.  Low and behold, that same company boast a month a year to support Breast Cancer and encourage their customers to buy cups designed for Breast Cancer, but gosh darn it, if you have Colon Cancer, Prostate Cancer, Lymp Cancer, or any of the other cancers, well then to heck with you, because they only support BREAST CANCER!  Now any other company, that'd be sexist and would be afraid to have law suits against them, but gosh darn it, if anyone complains, we'll just throw some bogus figures around to make it sound like nobody else deserves any help!  Kind of the way Obamma phases out the elderly!    I will say one thing about being unemployeed.  I don't have anyone to tell me to shut my mouth about things the company disagrees on!   Too bad big businesses, I'm sick and tired of the government taking advantage of the working class folks!  Watch out, because I'm fixing to take advantage of every free faxing service and keep tabs on you.
